We’ll start from the Pilates foundations and principles to work our way up to intermediate repertoire. Using primarily body weight and with the addition of some props, this class will help you build your overall strength; paying close attention to your alignment, mobility, muscle stability, and coordination. This will be a full body workout with an emphasis on core strength, so that you can fine tune your muscles, improve your posture, prevent injury, and feel ready for the physical demands of your favorite sports and daily life.
