Art Therapy is an opportunity for families and youth to connect through art. Art therapy uses the expressive and self-
reflective aspects of the creative process to address issues across the spectrum of the human experience. It uses art
and the creative process to therapeutically explore and reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, develop
social skills, solve problems, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem. Art therapy can provide children, adolescents,
and adults with an opportunity for healing, psychological integration and personal growth.
We are offering classes in a group form for youth as well as for families in a pre-registered series. Spaces are limited
